Association Monthly Retainer Plans

The Basic Legal Plan includes all telephone and e-mail communication with Board Member and Property Manager; 24/7 access to Kovitz Shifrin Nesbit’s Web Portal for real-time status on all litigation; client alerts regarding changes in law, newsletter, webinars, Library Access; annual report filing and serving as registered agent; and communication regarding foreclosures and closings with realtors, lenders, attorneys, process servers, insurance companies, and title companies.

 

The Enhanced Corporate Retainer Plan includes everything listed under the Basic Legal Plan, as well as legal research and preparation of legal opinions; audit letters; review and revision of contracts, loans, and other legal documents; review and analysis of Association’s governing documents, including Declaration and Rules and Regulations; drafting of Declaration/Bylaws Amendments and Rules and Regulations; preparation of correspondence to third parties in dispute with the Association; and reduction of common area and Association-owned property tax bills.

 

The Premium Legal Protection Plan includes everything listed above, as well as FHA legal certification work; monitoring of foreclosure proceedings and status notifications; and preparation of Amended and Restated Declaration and By-Laws.
