Mr. Levy is a principal with Kovitz Shifrin Nesbit, practicing in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration and business law. Bill has extensive experience addressing the unique needs of the LGBT community and other non-traditional couples, with significant experience in estate planning, including preparing and coordinating estate plan documents (trusts, wills, powers of attorney, living wills, etc.), drafting co-ownership agreements, counseling clients with regard to wealth preservation planning and business succession planning, handling estate and trust administration and preparing estate and gift tax returns.
In addition, Bill has considerable experience counseling clients on business entity choices, organizing corporations and limited liability companies, advising clients with regard to day-to-day business operations and negotiating and drafting documents for a multitude of business transactions that a small or medium sized company might need in the course of doing business.
