Mr. Bendoff is a principal of Kovitz Shifrin Nesbit and concentrates his practice in condominium, townhome and homeowner association representation.  Mr. Bendoff is a frequent lecturer and a demonstrated leader, as reflected by positions he has held in a number of professional and civic organizations.  These positions have included Chair of the Condominium Law Subcommittee of the Chicago Bar Association; President of the Board of Directors of the Community Associations Institute - Illinois Chapter; and membership in the Association of Condominium, Townhouse & Homeowners Associations.  He has also served as a member of the Buffalo Grove Board of Fire and Police Commissioners, Secretary of the Long Grove Zoning Board of Appeals, and President of his own homeowners association.  Mr. Bendoff also has substantial experience in drafting condominium and homeowner association-related legislation.
