July 14, 2008 (Monday) - David M. Bendoff will be participating in a Workshop for Homeowners Associations entitled Maintenance (Techniques or Practices) for Subdivision Drainage Systems. The Workshop is sponsored by Lake County Stormwater Management Commission and Applied Ecological Services, Inc. It will take place at the Round Lake Beach Cultural & Civic Center, 2007 Civic Center Way, in Round Lake Beach, Illinois from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

August 9, 2008 (Saturday) - John H. Bickley III, in conjunction with Lakeside Community Development Corporation, will be presenting a one-day specialized seminar entitled "Developer Turnover" for condominium owners and boards at the South Shore Branch Chicago Public Library, 2505 East 73rd Street, Chicago, Illinois, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The seminar will cover the legal responsibilities of the developer during turnover.

August 19, 2008 (Tuesday) - Julie A. Jacobson, in conjunction with Lakeside Community Development Corporation, will be presenting a one-day specialized seminar entitled "Legal Aspects of Budgeting, Setting, and Collecting Assessments " for condominium owners and boards at the Edgewater Branch Chicago Public Library, 1210 West Elmdale, Chicago, Illinois, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The seminar will cover the legal requirements for voting on regular and special assessments and the legal recourse for nonpayment of assessments.
