Chad R. Souders joined the Association Collection Services department at the firm in 2007. His current practice is concentrated in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, forcible entry and detainers, covenant and rule enforcement, the collection of damages and fees, and other disputes.
Mr. Souders obtained his undergraduate degree in Social Science from Mt. St. Clare College, located in Clinton, Iowa, where he studied on an academic and baseball scholarship. He went on to receive his law degree with a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Hamline University School of Law located in St. Paul, Minnesota, where he was a recipient of the Thurgood Marshall scholarship. During law school, Mr. Souders was an active member of the Latino Law Student Association, Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, and the Hamline Universtiy School of Law softball team.
In Mr. Souders’ free time, he likes to stay active in sports whether it is playing, coaching or being involved in a fantasy sports league. Mr. Souders enjoys being a part of the Kovitz Shifrin Nesbit softball team. He also enjoys attending all Chicago sports events.
