Steven D. Smiejek joined the firm in 2007.  He practices in the area of litigation as it relates to condominium, townhome and community associations.  His areas of practice include injunctive proceedings relating to covenant and rule enforcement; as well as  developer litigation, construction defect litigation, mechanics lien foreclosures, and general commercial litigation.
