David M. Bendoff Principal

Dave is a highly accomplished association attorney. He has extensive experience across a wide spectrum of community association law areas. He is a frequent lecturer on Condo & HOA law and a well-respected business and civic leader. He has held positions with many business and community organizations, including Chair of the Condominium Law Subcommittee of the Chicago Bar Association, President of the Board of Directors of the Community Associations Institute – Illinois Chapter, and membership in the ACTHA (Association of Condominium, Townhouse, and Homeowners Associations). Dave has also served as a member of the Buffalo Grove Board of Fire and Police Commissioners, Secretary of the Long Grove Zoning Board of Appeals, and President of his own homeowners association. Dave has served as a member of the KSN Executive Committee since 2008 and is closely involved with the firm’s Strategic Innovation Roadmap.
