Ms. Silverberg is a principal of the firm and is one of its senior litigators. She concentrates her practice on commercial, civil and complex litigation involving such areas as breach of contract, securities fraud, risk management, sexual harassment and discrimination, class actions and consumer fraud, as well as community associations.
In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Silverberg also serves as a consultant on electronic records, working with Fortune 500 companies on a wide range of matters, from analysis of electronic storage media to assess their satisfaction of Securities & Exchange Commission regulations, to formulation and review of companies’ document-retention policies. Ms. Silverberg has also written white papers for use in education of the federal judiciary on the special issues presented in discovery of electronic records as well as for use in product marketing.
