Mr. Orth, a principal of the firm, has been practicing law since 1993 and joined the firm in 2001 as a senior-level litigator.  His practice is concentrated in the area of commercial litigation, including issues such as developer litigation, construction defect litigation, mechanics lien foreclosures, covenant enforcement, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and other issues affecting community associations.  Mr. Orth’s practice also encompasses disputes arising under the Fair Housing Act and the Americans With Disabilities Act.  He is active in his community, currently serving as a football coach, baseball coach and Cub Scouts den leader.  Additionally, Mr. Orth has served as a director for the Big Brothers/Big Sisters of McHenry County.
