Mr. Shifrin is a founding principal of Kovitz Shifrin Nesbit and has been a practicing attorney since 1977. He concentrates his practice in the areas of condominium, townhome and homeowner associations and co-operative property issues. Mr. Shifrin’s devotion to this area of law is evidenced by his numerous articles, newspaper columns, and published books on topics concerning condominium, townhome, and homeowner associations, as well as co-operative property issues. He is also a fellow of the Community Associations Institute College of Community Association Lawyers.
