Ms. Park joined the firm in 1996 and concentrates her practice in condominium, townhome and homeowner association representation.  Ms. Park also practices in the area of civil litigation and is one of the firm's senior litigators specializing in the defense of discrimination actions, having successfully handled numerous complaints on the federal, state and local levels, including the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Illinois Department of Human Rights, the State of Illinois Human Rights Commission, the Cook County Commission on Human Rights and the City of Chicago Commission on Human Relations.  In addition, Ms. Park has conducted seminars on the Federal Fair Housing Act and has written several articles on topics concerning associations' responsibilities to comply with accessibility standards.
