Mr. Kapustka, a principal of the firm, joined Kovitz Shifrin Nesbit in 1990.  He concentrates his practice in the areas of association representation, civil litigation and real estate tax reduction.  He currently serves as the head of the firm’s Association Collection Department, which assists community association clients in their collection of delinquent assessments, and landlords with tenant issues.  Mr. Kapustka practices before the Cook County Assessor’s Office, the Cook County Board of Review and the Illinois Property Tax Appeal Board with regard to real estate tax issues.
