Mr. Kogen is a principal of Kovitz Shifrin Nesbit and has been a practicing attorney since 1992, when he joined the firm.  Mr. Kogen concentrates his practice in the representation of condominium, townhome and homeowner associations.  He is a featured columnist in the Pioneer Press newspapers on the subject of association law, and is a frequent speaker at tradeshows and seminars on matters pertaining to community association law.
