Mr. Nesbit is a principal of Kovitz Shifrin Nesbit and has been practicing law since 1984. His area of concentration is in condominium, cooperative and homeowner association law, in which he advises and consults with boards of directors and property managers on all matters related to associations.
Mr. Nesbit is a frequent lecturer on issues of concern to condominiums and homeowner associations. He is the chairman of the firm’s Condominium and Homeowner Association Practice Group and also serves on the firm’s Executive Committee.
