Bio

Rob was the first associate KSN ever hired right out of law school. Equipped with a quick legal mind and a tireless work ethic, he quickly worked his way up to Principal. Today Rob is one of the firm’s senior most association lawyers, providing practical advice and solutions to guide association boards through virtually every imaginable legal scenario, mentoring younger attorneys, and serving as a member of the KSN Executive Committee. He also currently serves as legal council for ACTHA (Association of Condominium, Townhouse, and Homeowners Associations). Rob has authored a column in Pioneer Press newspapers on the subject of association law, and he is a frequent speaker at association law tradeshows and seminars.
