Bio

Experienced and highly knowledgeable, Ryan concentrates in real estate and corporate law as they relate to condominium and homeowner associations. Since joining the firm in 2001, he has counseled hundreds of clients on virtually every facet of association management, including drafting of by-laws and declarations, dispute resolution, service agreements and related liability concerns, developer issues, and collection and foreclosure. Ryan has written numerous articles and is a frequent speaker on issues pertaining to community associations. He currently serves on the KSN Executive Committee and is also responsible for directing the firm’s marketing and social media efforts.
