At Kovitz Shifrin Nesbit, client service and satisfaction is our primary goal. As pioneers in Community Association services, we were the first to create a specialized Collection Web Portal several years ago to give our clients and property managers 24/7 access to updates on pending collection matters. Today, KSN is pleased to announce the launch of its newly designed and enhanced Collection Status Online (CSO) which will make it easier for you to find information and updates on your pending collection matters.
Features that remain the same include:
- 24/7 access to collections status information
- Daily, weekly and monthly calendars to chart activity
- Basic status report for all collection activities
New CSO enhanced features:
- Faster download speed
- Easier-to-read format that can be exported to Excel
- Ability to generate custom reports
- New offerings including KSN News, Legal Glossary and Resources
- Password self recovery and reset
- Ability to assign property manager or board member sub-users
