The Executive Committee possesses a wealth of experience in condominium, homeowner, and townhome association law, law firm strategic planning and management, and technology integration.

The Executive Committee is responsible for KSN’s Strategic Innovation Roadmap (SIR), a multi-year, multi-faceted plan for establishing and implementing technology-enabled processes that improve the quality of KSN’s condo law services while driving internal and external efficiencies.

“We’ve never followed tradition,” explains Managing Principal and Executive Committee Member Matthew Moodhe. “For example, when we introduced retainer billing twenty years ago, many competing condo law firms publicly predicted that our program would fail. Today, they are following in our footsteps.”

In identifying opportunities for innovation, the Executive Committee solicits input from people throughout the firm. “It would be a mistake to limit input to principals and other senior members of our firm,” explains Executive Committee Member and Principal David Bendoff. “Great ideas can come from anyone.”

“Technology is re-shaping our industry,” says Executive Committee Member and Principal Rob Kogen.

“We are going to continue to leverage technology rather than react to it. We’re going continue to lead.”
