Amy Peterselli concentrates her practice in the area of Common Interest Community Association (condominium, townhome, homeowner, Master) law.
Amy graduated from The John Marshall School of Law in 2016. During law school, Amy served a judicial externship for the Circuit Court of Cook County, Chancery Division (Chicago, IL) where she organized motions for foreclosures and approval of sales for a docket exceeding 6,500 annual cases.
Amy also worked as a Law Clerk for two years at a Chicago, IL specialty finance company where she handled delinquent property tax certificate portfolios, coordinated settlement agreements, and drafted applications for tax deeds.
Amy is a co-chair for the Chicago Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Real Estate Committee. The group discusses property sales, ownership, real estate management, and taxation issues. Amy also serves as a Commissioner for the the Glen Ellyn Village Board of Appeals.
