David Savitt concentrates his practice in the area of Common Interest Community Association (condominium, townhome, homeowner, Master) law.
Throughout his career, David has attained litigation experience in complex liability cases. He has managed litigation strategy by composing dispositive motions, motions to compel, and responsive pleadings. He also managed all stages of discovery during
appearances at state and federal court mandated status hearings.
David graduated from the Chicago Kent College of Law in 2015. During law school, he served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Elizabeth Budzinski, Circuit Court of Cook County, in Chicago, IL. David then worked as a Legal Intern and Associate General Counsel for PRM Realty Group, LLC.
David has served as a law clerk for Rush University Medical Center. He has also volunteered at the Cabrini Green Legal Aid.
