Jesse Roberts advises condominium associations and other Common Interest Community Associations (townhome, homeowner, master) on all aspects of corporate law including: Association contracts, amendments to declarations and by-laws, rule enforcement, and contract review. He provides counsel and strives to provide solutions to problems that create long-term value.
Prior to joining KSN as an attorney, Jesse was Counsel to the Committee on House Administration in the U.S. House of Representatives. In this role, Jesse advised members of Congress on various issues pertinent to their administrative, ethical, and legal requirements. Jesse also wrote numerous pieces of legislation, presented at national conferences, and conducted congressional oversight over federal agencies. Before being admitted to the Illinois State Bar, Jesse served as a Legislative Assistant in a Congressional office, advising the Member on numerous legislative issues.
Jesse earned his Juris Doctorate from the Chicago-Kent College of Law where he obtained certificates in Business Law and Compliance in Financial Institutions. He attended Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan for undergraduate studies where he majored in Philosophy.
