KSN attorney Savannah Loftis focuses her practice on the representation of condominium, homeowner (HOA), and townhome community associations. She also practices in the area of transactional real estate and is a member of KSN's litigation team.
Savannah's strong work ethic has earned her the ability to passionately service clients in both Illinois and Indiana. Savannah's drive for representing community associations allows her to be an efficient and effective results driven attorney.
Prior to joining KSN, Savannah was an attorney at an Indianapolis law firm representing community associations. During this time, she learned the importance of creating relationships with board members and property managers to better understand their needs.
Savannah has managed the drafting and recording of declarations, conditions, restrictions, covenants, by-laws, and articles of incorporation. Additionally, she has mediated homeowner disputes to ensure they remain in compliance with federal, local, and state legislation.
Savannah earned her Juris Doctorate from Southern Illinois University School of Law. She attended Tennessee Technological University for undergraduate studies where she majored in Political Science and Legal Studies.
While attending Southern Illinois University School of Law, Savannah worked at the SIU Civil Practice Clinic as a Law Clerk where she gained experience in estate planning and real estate transactions.
