Yuleidy Joa has been practicing law since her admission to the Illinois Bar in 2011. She has extensive experience in assisting landlords and property managers with rental property issues, including evictions, building code violations, commercial litigation, disputes (tenant, third party, vendor), and contract/lease review.
Yuleidy has a wide range of experience in landlord/tenant law and is well-versed in the Chicago Residential Landlord Tenant Ordinance (RLTO) as well as the Cook County Residential Tenant and Landlord Ordinance (RTLO).
Prior to joining KSN, Yuleidy worked for two Chicagoland law firms, focusing on commercial and residential evictions, landlord/tenant disputes, and litigation.
Yuleidy received her undergraduate degree from Florida International University and is a graduate of The John Marshall Law School.
