Basic Legal Retainer Plan Agreement

  • All KSN telephone and email communications with a designated board member and property manager
  • Annual report filing and serving as registered agent
  • Communication regarding foreclosures and closings with realtors, lenders, attorneys, process servers, insurance companies, and title companies
  • 24/7 access to Case Status Online (CSO) client portal providing real-time status on delinquent assessment recovery matters
  • Client alerts address legal updates, hot topics, industry trends, and best practices

Enhanced Legal Retainer Plan Agreement

Includes all features of the Basic Retainer Plan, plus:

  • Legal research and preparation of legal opinions
  • Audit letters
  • Review and revision of contracts, loans, and other legal documents
  • Review and analysis of your association’s governing documents including declaration, bylaws, amendments, rules and regulations
  • Drafting and revising of your association’s governing documents including declaration, bylaws, amendments, rules and regulations
  • Preparation of correspondence with third parties in dispute with the association
  • Analysis and property tax appeal of common area and association-owned property

Premium Legal Retainer Plan Agreement

Includes all features of both the Basic Retainer Plan and the Enhanced Retainer Plan, plus: 

  • Fair Housng Authority (FHA) legal certification work
  • Monitoring of foreclosure proceedings
  • Preparation of an amended and restated declaration and bylaws to ensure governing documents reflect current legal requirements
  • Legal defense support is available for certain matters not covered by insurance, offering significant value and peace of mind in unforeseen situations. (Note: Defense costs do not apply to claims arising or cases filed prior to the retainer agreement date)
