KSN attorney Stephanie Davis focuses her practice on the representation of condominium, homeowner (HOA), and townhome community associations.
Stephanie uses her litigation experience to work efficiently on behalf of her clients while also ensuring compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws. She advises boards and property managers on interpreting governing documents, resolving disputes with residents, and ensuring compliance with state statutes and local ordinances.
Stephanie previously worked at the Office of the Indiana Attorney General as a Deputy Attorney General in the Government Litigation Section.
She earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law and attended Valparaiso University for undergraduate studies, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Business Management.
