Attorney Aaron Kyrouac focuses his practice on the representation of condominium, homeowner (HOA), and townhome community associations.
Aaron uses his previous industry experiences to work efficiently on behalf of his clients while also ensuring that they are receiving the best possible service and outcomes. Prior to joining Kovitz Shifrin Nesbit, Aaron worked for a Chicago law firm, where he handled numerous real estate transactions and business transactions while also counseling clients on corporate and governance matters.
Aaron earned his Juris Doctorate from The George Washington University Law School. He attended the Illinois State University for undergraduate studies where he majored in Political Science and Economics.
While attending The George Washington University Law School, Aaron worked in the Small Business and Economic Development Clinic where he counseled clients through the business formation process.
Additionally, Aaron served as a legal intern at a large cooperative in Washington D.C., advising the board of directors on amendments to their governing documents, as well as the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission where he drafted various securities regulations.
