Attorney Adrienne Arlan focuses her practice on the representation of condominium, homeowner (HOA), and townhome community associations.

Before joining KSN, Adrienne handled a broad range of community association and litigation matters. Her legal background encompasses commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, corporate dissolution, insurance litigation, premises liability, construction litigation, professional liability, toxic tort and hazardous substance matters.

Throughout her legal career, Adrienne has participated in a wide range of litigation matters and courtroom proceedings, in additional in alternate dispute resolution. Her broad litigation background allows her to approach client matters with a practical perspective focused on identifying effective and workable solutions.

While in law school, Adrienne held leadership roles with the Public Interest Law Society and Outreach for Legal Literacy Program and participated in moot court, legal clinics, and several professional and academic organizations. She also gained practical experience through legal internships and served as a 2017 Public Interest Law Initiative (PILI) Fellow with the Citizens Advocacy Center in Elmhurst, Illinois.

Adrienne earned her Juris Doctor from Indiana University Maurer School of Law. She graduated summa cum laude from Northeastern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Marketing.
