Elizabeth Rogers focuses her practice on the representation of condominium, homeowner (HOA), and townhome community associations in both the prosecution and defense of lawsuits.
Over the course of her career, Elizabeth has gained extensive litigation and appellate experience at both the state and federal levels. She began her legal career with the Chicago Legal Clinic before moving to New Jersey, where she worked for Hudson County Legal Services (now Northeast New Jersey Legal Services).
In 2004, she relocated to Indiana and joined the Indiana Attorney General’s Office, serving nine years in the Civil Appeals Division. During that time, she represented the State of Indiana in complex litigation before the Indiana Court of Appeals, Indiana Supreme Court, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Elizabeth has served as a Staff Attorney for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, drafting orders and opinions for district and magistrate judges in pro se prisoner litigation. Since 2020, she has served as a Staff Attorney with the Department of Veterans Affairs, representing the Agency in federal sector EEOC cases, MSPB cases, and arbitrations involving Title VII discrimination claims.
Elizabeth earned her Juris Doctor from the McKinney School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Indiana University Bloomington.
