With extreme sadness we share that our friend and colleague Carole Tanner passed away on 3/9/2023.

From KSN Managing Partner Ryan Shpritz: “From our first meeting, I knew she was a good person and someone with whom KSN could have a successful and trusting business relationship.  Carole was dedicated to the Association industry and the Tanner Law Group, which she and her husband, Scott, started so many years ago.  We will certainly miss her presence and contributions.  Our deepest condolences to the Tanner family.”

From KSN Indiana attorney Kelly Elmore: “I had the privilege of working with Carole, getting to know her both personally and professionally. I also witnessed her commitment towards the community in her role as a Board member in her own community association, and as a volunteer with organizations including the Central Indiana Chapter of the Community Associations Institute. We will miss her energy and generosity.”

Carole has been a member of the KSN family since 2020. KSN was proud to acquire Tanner Law Group in 2020, an Indianapolis law firm representing community associations in Indiana. Under the leadership of Scott and Carole Tanner, the Tanner Law Group team worked diligently to serve the needs of their clients as neighbors and legal professionals for over 20 years.
