Bonnie Varner has been practicing in real estate litigation since her admission to the Illinois Bar in 2014. She maintained her own practice in Landlord/Tenant law for several years before focusing on Landlord-side litigation for a private firm in 2020 and joining the KSN team in 2022.
She has expertise in landlord/tenant law, the various landlord/tenant statues that govern Cook County and its individual municipalities, building court cases, breach of contract, and chancery litigation matters.
Bonnie enjoys a good reputation among her colleagues, the clients she has served, and the judges she practices in front of. She is a member of the ILCBA and the Illinois Creditors Bar. Bonnie enjoys maintaining her relationship with her Moot Court board from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and often volunteers as a judge in their competitions.
Bonnie received her undergraduate degree from Hampshire College and is a graduate of the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law.
