Attorney J. Ryan Head focuses his practice on the representation of condominium, homeowner (HOA), and townhome community associations in both the prosecution and defense of lawsuits. Prior to joining KSN, J. Ryan dedicated years of practice to legal compliance, ethics counsel, training programs, compliance policies, litigation, and risk analysis. He has extensive experience conducting legal research and interpretation to offer successful counsel to his clients.
While in law school, J. Ryan Head served as a student attorney with the University of Arkansas School of Law’s Criminal Practice Clinic, where he conducted legal research, drafted motions, and participated in courtroom advocacy. He also completed a judicial internship with the Fayette County Circuit Court (7th Division) in Lexington, Kentucky, gaining experience in legal research and observing court proceedings.
James earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2017. He attended the University of Kentucky for his undergraduate studies, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English in 2013.
