Jason Orth joined Kovitz Shifrin Nesbit as a senior litigator in 2001. He concentrates his practice in the area of commercial litigation. He prides himself on preparing for every case in a highly diligent manner in order to secure a successful result.
Jason has handled developer litigation, construction defect litigation, mechanics lien foreclosures, covenant enforcement, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and other issues affecting condominium, homeowner (HOA), and townhome community associations. Additionally, his practice also encompasses disputes arising under the Fair Housing Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Jason is active in his community, serving as a football coach, baseball coach, and Cub Scouts Den Leader. Additionally, he has served as a director for the Big Brothers/Big Sisters of McHenry County.
Jason received his undergraduate degree from Purdue University and is a graduate of the DePaul University College of Law.
