Attorney Lindsey Beckman focuses her practice on the representation of condominium, homeowner (HOA), and townhome community associations.
Lindsey leverages her past industry experience to serve her clients effectively, ensuring that they are receiving the best possible service and outcomes.
Prior to joining KSN, Lindsey worked at a Chicagoland firm specializing in landlord-tenant law, primarily focusing on plaintiff-side evictions for both residential and commercial clients. As part of a high-volume practice, Lindsey managed 40-50 cases simultaneously, overseeing all aspects from lawsuit initiation and motion practice to bench trials and status hearings. Her practice extended across all districts of Cook County and several surrounding counties, including DuPage, Will, Kane, Lake, Kankakee, Kendall, Grundy, and Livingston.
Lindsey earned her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University Chicago. She attended Illinois Wesleyan University for undergraduate studies where she double majored in Political Science and History.
During law school, Lindsey earned a Certificate in Trial Advocacy by completing a series of courses in litigation and dispute resolution skills, maintaining a requisite GPA throughout. Additionally, she externed for the Presiding Judge of Domestic Relations and was a committed member of Loyola's Civil Mock Trial Team for two years.
