Melissa Noland concentrates her practice on the representation of condominium, homeowner (HOA), and townhome community associations. She also assists condominium associations working with developers in Section 15 condominium deconversions.
While in law school, Melissa was a law clerk at KSN where she worked on the representation of condominium, homeowner, and townhome community associations, property tax assessment appeals, collection, eviction matters, and Section 15 condominium deconversions.
Prior to rejoining KSN, Melissa worked for a Chicago law firm specializing in family and matrimonial law. During that time, she attained litigation and mediation experience with a variety of complex domestic relations matters.
Melissa earned her Juris Doctorate from John Marshall Law School. She attended University of Colorado for undergraduate degree where she majored in History.
Melissa is a member of the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois.
