Nicholas Landi focuses his practice on the representation of condominium, homeowner (HOA), and townhome community associations in both the prosecution and defense of lawsuits.
Nick has been a practicing attorney since 2018. Throughout his career, Nick has gained litigation experience in the federal court system. He has previously managed large volumes of federal consumer bankruptcy cases throughout Illinois. Nick has handled all aspects of litigation including confirmation hearings, contested motions, and attending Section 341 hearings with the United States and Local Bankruptcy Trustees.
During law school and after graduation, Nick volunteered with World Relief Chicago. He worked pro bono on citizenship cases, assisting immigrants that otherwise would not have been able to afford legal assistance.
Nick earned his Juris Doctorate from The University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and attended University of Missouri for undergraduate studies where he majored in Business Administration.
