Litigation principal Diane Silverberg, who successfully handled the case of Spanish Court Two Condominium Association v. Lisa Carlson before the Illinois Supreme Court last year, today prevailed on the Fee Petition she presented to the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit on behalf of the Spanish Court Two Condominium Association.

In ruling in the Association’s favor on the Fee Petition, which was inclusive of fees and costs the Association incurred on appeal through the Supreme Court proceedings, the Court awarded judgment in the Association’s favor in the amount of $108,015.

The Defendant has filed an appeal of the judgment to the Second District Court of Appeals.
