Attorney Rachel Oliver focuses her practice on the representation of condominium, homeowner (HOA), and townhome community associations.

Rachel leverages her past industry experience as insurance defense counsel for numerous Fortune 100 companies to serve her clients effectively, ensuring that they are receiving the best possible service and outcomes.

Rachel has a wide range of experience in her 12 years of practice litigating claims that receive coverage from insurers. Particular areas include personal injury (premises and products liability), construction defects, mass property damage, contract disputes, and wrongful death claims.

Rachel has the experience required to, obtain dismissal for parties, determine accurate case valuation, mitigate damages, and help cases reach final disposition including alternative dispute resolution and trial. Rachel now uses this experience to provide counsel and zealous advocacy to community associations as those needs arise.

Prior to joining KSN, Rachel dedicated years of practice in legal compliance, ethics counsel, training programs, compliance policies, litigation, and risk analysis. She has extensive experience conducting legal research and interpretation to offer successful counsel to her clients.

Rachel earned her Juris Doctorate from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology. She attended Shaw University for undergraduate studies where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations.
