KSN is proud to announce that attorney Omar Malik has recently been elected as Co-Chair of the Chicago Bar Association Real Property Law – Condominium Law Subcommittee.
“By serving as co-chair of the Condominium Law Subcommittee,” Omar noted, “it places me in a prime position to monitor proposed state legislation. This allows me and KSN to counsel clients not only on the likelihood of various bills passing, but also on how each may impact the community associations we represent.”
Omar also facilitates discussion among other real estate attorneys representing community associations throughout the Chicagoland area and Illinois by arranging presentations to help educate and foster learning in the industry.

Through its subcommittees which meet at least once monthly and the committee as a whole which meets monthly, developments in all areas of real estate law and practice are studied, and legislative changes suggested.
