KSN is proud to announce that attorney Ryan Shpritz has officially been elected the new Managing Partner of the law firm.

Attorney and Principal Robert Kogen guided KSN as Managing Partner for nearly a decade. During that time, Robert was dedicated to the firm’s development, staff, clients, and expanding business.

On his transition to Managing Partner, Ryan shared: “Rob reinforced our values and professionalism. I have a tremendous amount of respect for his consistent leadership and steady voice of reason. I certainly look to him as an example and I’m thankful for the confidence of my partners as we look towards the future.”

As a member of the firm’s Executive Committee for the past ten years, Ryan Shpritz has contributed to KSN’s culture and continued growth. A natural fit for the Managing Partner role, Ryan will continue advancing the firm’s commitment to our client’s legal needs.

“I’ve been with KSN since graduating law school in 2001 and I’ve seen our talented staff of attorneys and legal professionals grow from around thirty to now over one hundred employees. We started as a small suburban law firm and have grown new practice areas and offices in multiple states. The common thread is our people. We continue to work hard for our clients, we keep adding new goals, and we’ll continue to be ambitious.”

The transition comes as KSN is prepared to celebrate its 40-year anniversary in 2023.
