“Portillo’s has been looking to open in Deerfield for a while,” noted Portillo’s CEO Keith Kinsey in a statement on the Portillio’s website (http://www.portillos.com/next-up-for-portillos-deerfield-illinois). “We found a great location and we have the full support of the city of Deerfield. We’re looking forward to starting the construction process, hiring a great team, and opening soon.”
