About KSN attorney Samuel Landol Jr.

Attorney Samuel Landol Jr. focuses his practice on the representation of condominium, homeowner (HOA), and townhome community associations.

Since 2005, Sam has worked with board members and property managers by assisting them with collections, foreclosures, contract review, drafting/amending governing documents, covenant enforcement, drafting legal opinions, and assisting his association clients with the daily operation and administration of their communities.

Samuel leverages his past industry experience to serve his clients effectively, ensuring that they are receiving the best possible service and outcomes.

After receiving his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida, Sam obtained his law degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts. In an effort to sharpen his understanding of business, Sam obtained a Master’s Degree in Business and Entrepreneurship from the University of Florida in 2011 and is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, an international honor society for business school graduates.

Mr. Landol was admitted to the Florida Bar and the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Florida in 2003. He began his legal career representing individual bankruptcy debtors filing Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies in Miami, Ft Lauderdale, and Palm Beach, but now focuses his attention solely on community associations and other real estate matters.

Sam speaks English, Spanish and limited Portuguese.

 

About KSN attorney Leann Elengical

Attorney Leann Elengical focuses her practice on the representation of condominium, homeowner (HOA), and townhome community associations. Leann will usually be found in court fighting for her clients in the areas of collection matters, evictions, landlord/tenant disputes, and breaches of contracts.

Leann uses her previous industry experiences to work efficiently on behalf of her clients while also ensuring that they are receiving the best possible service and outcomes.

During law school, Leann volunteered as a tutor at Legal Prep Charter Academy, a high school with a law-focused curriculum. She also gained extensive experience as a law clerk, where she honed her skills in drafting court documents, conducting legal research, and engaging with clients.

Building on her clerking background, Leann served as a legal extern in the computer and network security industry, specializing in contract law.

Leann earned her Juris Doctorate from University of Illinois Chicago School of Law. She attended Marquette University for undergraduate studies where she majored in Psychology and minored in Criminology and Law Studies.

 

We welcome these new attorneys to KSN. Their experience and contributions will allow our firm to continue providing clients with effective and personalized legal services.
