KSN is pleased to announce the addition of two new attorneys to our law firm: Elizabeth Rogers and Aaron Lopez.

 

About KSN attorney Elizabeth Rogers

Elizabeth Rogers focuses her practice on the representation of condominium, homeowner (HOA), and townhome community associations in both the prosecution and defense of lawsuits.

Over the course of her career, Elizabeth has gained extensive litigation and appellate experience at both the state and federal levels. She began her legal career with the Chicago Legal Clinic before moving to New Jersey, where she worked for Hudson County Legal Services (now Northeast New Jersey Legal Services).

In 2004, she relocated to Indiana and joined the Indiana Attorney General’s Office, serving nine years in the Civil Appeals Division. During that time, she represented the State of Indiana in complex litigation before the Indiana Court of Appeals, Indiana Supreme Court, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Elizabeth has served as a Staff Attorney for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, drafting orders and opinions for district and magistrate judges in pro se prisoner litigation. Since 2020, she has served as a Staff Attorney with the Department of Veterans Affairs, representing the Agency in federal sector EEOC cases, MSPB cases, and arbitrations involving Title VII discrimination claims.

Elizabeth earned her Juris Doctor from the McKinney School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Indiana University Bloomington.

 

About KSN attorney Aaron Lopez

Aaron Lopez’s practice focuses on the representation of condominium, townhome, and homeowner community associations in the area of assessment collections. Aaron is committed to providing diligent representation to clients, ensuring effective legal solutions tailored to their needs.

Prior to joining KSN, Aaron worked with various clients on collections matters, assessed credit risk, processed payments, and ensured compliance with debt collection laws. He has overseen accounts receivable management, collaborated with attorneys on accounts escalated to collections, processed and applied payments, conducted collection communications in compliance with legal regulations, and handled account resolution.

Aaron earned his Juris Doctor Valparaiso University School of Law, in 2014. He completed his undergraduate studies at Indiana University-Northwest, where he received his bachelor’s degree in business administration and management in 2008.

 

We welcome these new attorneys to KSN. Their experience and contributions will allow our firm to continue providing clients with effective and personalized legal services.
