KSN is pleased to announce the addition of two new attorneys to our law firm: Adrienne Falde and Michael J. Pyrchalla.

About KSN attorney Adrienne Falde

Adrienne Falde focuses her practice on the representation of condominium, homeowner (HOA), and townhome community associations.

Adrienne uses her previous industry experiences to work efficiently on behalf of her clients while also ensuring compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws.

She advises boards and property managers on interpreting governing documents, resolving disputes with residents, and ensuring compliance with state statutes and local ordinances.

Her practice includes counseling associations on day-to-day operational issues, enforcing covenants and rules, and addressing questions related to collections, evictions, and vendor contracts. Drawing on her legal training and practical experience, Adrienne provides efficient, solution-focused guidance to help community leaders navigate complex challenges and maintain well-governed associations.

Adrienne earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and attended the University of St. Thomas for undergraduate studies, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies of Business.
