Laura Boggioni has been practicing law since her admission to the Illinois Bar in 2009. She has extensive experience in assisting landlords and property managers with rental property issues including evictions, subsidized housing, litigation, and local ordinances.
Laura has a wide range of experience in landlord/tenant law and is well-versed in the Chicago Residential Landlord Tenant Ordinance (RLTO) along with the Cook County Residential Tenant and Landlord Ordinance (RTLO).
Prior to joining KSN, Laura worked at the Chicago Housing Authority (CHA) for four years. She handled lease compliance, addressed Housing Choice Voucher Program issues, and represented CHA in eviction proceedings.
Laura has worked at various Chicagoland law firms, focusing on landlord/tenant disputes and litigation. She has also volunteered for various legal aid organizations, assisting with numerous issues (criminal, consumer law, family law, incarceration).
Laura received her undergraduate degree from Indiana University and is a graduate of The University of Toledo College of Law.
