Attorney Victoria Barnhill focuses her practice on the representation of condominium, homeowner (HOA), and townhome community associations. Victoria is regularly in court advocating for her clients in matters involving collection, landlord/tenant disputes, and breaches of contracts.
Victoria utilizes her previous industry experience to work efficiently on behalf of KSN clients while also ensuring that they are receiving the best possible service and favorable outcomes.
During law school, she participated in the InterNational Academy of Dispute Resolution, making it to the semi-finals in the competition. The mission of the InterNational Academy of Dispute Resolution is “to build, through education, world-wide recognition of the power of dispute resolution processes to peacefully resolve conflicts and promote conciliation and healing.”
In addition to her legal practice, Victoria is on the board of Ascend Justice; an organization that works with domestic violence survivors. Victoria’s passion for this work began during her undergraduate studies, when she worked in the Monroe County Clerk’s Office assisting individuals with filing orders of protection, developing safety plans, and connecting clients with critical resources. This experience ultimately inspired her to pursue a career in law.
Victoria completed several law clerk opportunities in the areas of insurance defense, personal injury, and general practice.
Victoria earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Illinois Chicago – John Marshall. She attended Indiana University Bloomington for undergraduate studies where she majored in Social Work.
