Pamela Park focuses her practice on representingĀ condominium, homeowner (HOA), and townhome community associations.

Ā Pamela is one of the firm’s senior litigators, concentrating in the defense of discrimination actions. She has successfully handled numerous complaints on the Federal, State and Local levels including the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Illinois Department of Human Rights, the State of Illinois Human Rights Commission, the Cook County Commission on Human Rights, and the City of Chicago Commission on Human Relations.

Additionally,Ā Pamela has conducted several seminars on the Federal Fair Housing Act and has written several articles on associations’ responsibilities to comply with accessibility standards.
