An enthusiastic attorney, Wendy Durbin has been practicing in the forcible courts for over sixteen years. She joined Kovitz Shifrin Nesbit in 2012, focusing her practice on representing landlords, co-ops, condominium, homeowner (HOA), and townhome community associations.
She provides general landlord/tenant counsel within the Chicago area on issues including evictions, lease drafting and review.
Wendy has earned a respectable reputation with judges, utilizing her extensive experience in collections, evictions, and foreclosures. She is well-versed with landlord/tenant law, the Chicago Residential Landlord Tenant Ordinance (RLTO), building court cases, breach of contract, and chancery litigation matters.
