David Savitt concentrates his practice on the representation of condominium, homeowner (HOA), and townhome community associations.

Throughout his career, David has attained litigation experience in complex liability cases. He has managed litigation strategy by  composing dispositive motions, motions to compel, and responsive pleadings. He also managed all stages of discovery during appearances at state and federal court mandated status hearings.

David graduated from the Chicago Kent College of Law in 2015.  During law school, he served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Elizabeth Budzinski, Circuit Court of Cook County, in Chicago, IL.  David then worked as a Legal Intern and Associate General Counsel for PRM Realty Group, LLC.

David has served as a law clerk for Rush University Medical Center. He has also volunteered at the Cabrini Green Legal Aid.

David was recognized in the 2024 edition of Illinois Super Lawyers magazine as an Illinois Rising Star. Inclusion in this listing is limited to less than 2.5% of lawyers under 40 years of age in the State of Illinois.
