Super Lawyers is a rating service of exceptional lawyers who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The selection process includes independent research, peer nominations, and peer evaluations. The annual distinction is earned by no more than five percent of the lawyers in the state.

No more than two-and-a-half percent of attorneys in a state are named Rising Stars. The lawyers who make this list must be under 40 years old or have less than 10 years of legal experience. They go through the same selection process as Super Lawyers, excluding the peer evaluations.

 

About Kevin Cruz

KSN attorney Kevin Cruz concentrates his practice on the representation of condominium, homeowner (HOA), and townhome community associations. He handles housing discrimination matters, building code violation matters, and general litigation.

Throughout his career, Kevin has gained trial and litigation experience through mediation, arbitration, bench, and jury trials. He has experience in family law, consumer protection, housing law, probate law, general civil litigation, immigration law, and real estate transactions.

Kevin served as President of the Asian-Pacific-American Law Students Association and Vice President of the Fair Housing Law Association while attending law school. After graduation, he was the Clinical Attorney Fellow and Supervising Attorney at The John Marshall Law School Fair Housing Legal Clinic where he mentored student interns about Fair Housing Laws, Fair Lending Laws, and Civil Litigation.

 

About Thomas Olson

KSN attorney Thomas Olson concentrates his practice on the representation of condominium, homeowner (HOA), and townhome community associations. He handles real estate disputes, including foreclosure, consumer finance defense, commercial litigationcollections, mechanic’s lien, title disputes, eminent domain, code violations, and forcible entry and detainer.

Thomas has been a practicing attorney since 2015. He has assisted banks, financial institutions, business entities, and individuals in resolving real estate, commercial, and consumer finance disputes. Tom has also advised clients on matters of statutory and regulatory compliance at both the state and federal levels.
