Thomas Olson concentrates his practice on the representation of condominium, homeowner (HOA), and townhome community associations. He handles real estate disputes, including foreclosure, consumer finance defense, commercial litigation, collections, mechanic’s lien, title disputes, eminent domain, code violations, and forcible entry and detainer.
Thomas has been a practicing attorney since 2015. He has assisted banks, financial institutions, business entities, and individuals in resolving real estate, commercial, and consumer finance disputes.
