With a primary focus on Chicago and Cook County, Anthony represents a wide array of clients ranging from small business owners to international corporations in ad valorem property tax assessment appeals for commercial, industrial, hotel, mixed-use, condominium and apartment buildings.

As a part of the KSN property tax appeals department, Anthony effectively handles appeals at the Assessor and Board of Review that significantly reduce KSN’s clients’ property tax burdens. He also diligently litigates cases at both the Illinois Property Tax Appeal Board and Circuit Court of Cook County with successful appeals resulting in tens of millions of dollars in tax refunds.
